Vendor Relations Specialist
Location: Fredericksburg, VA (In-person, Opportunities for hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 base salary,
Performance-based bonus and growth ability

Position Overview: Aspetto, Inc. is seeking a high-initiative, relationship-driven Vendor Relations Specialist to actively manage, grow, and strengthen our supplier network across federal, DoD, DHS, and international programs. This role is not transactional or purely administrative. It is designed for a self-starter who enjoys building trust, opening doors, negotiating value, and serving as the face of Aspetto to key vendors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day relationships with assigned vendors and manufacturers
Actively build rapport through calls, meetings, site visits, and events
Represent Aspetto professionally with external partners
Identify new vendor opportunities aligned with Aspetto programs
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and value-add opportunities
Maintain regular engagement cadence with vendors
Support RFQs, quotes, and delivery orders
Coordinate with internal Procurement and Operations teams
Maintain vendor data in CRM/ERP systems
Track commitments and follow-ups
Recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in vendor relations, procurement, or sales-adjacent roles
Strong relationship-building skills
Independent, self-directed work style
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Federal/ LE/ Military experience
Familiarity with GSA Advantage or eBuy
Willingness to travel for vendor engagement
