Now Hiring Spa Manager Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Wilmington, North Carolina, is seeking a full‑time spa sales manager for its full‑service spa. The ideal candidate for this position is a goal‑oriented and growth‑oriented individual with a demonstrated track record in sales leadership, spa operations, and fostering a customer‑service‑centric culture.
SPA Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
Membership Revenue Growth: Empower your spa team to educate and delight our guests, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program and remain active members.
Gift Card, Product, and Service Revenue Growth: Generate additional revenue through gift card, product, and add‑on service sales, as well as optimized schedule utilization.
Team Building: Recruit and retain a dedicated team of passionate spa professionals.
Spa Operations: Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience.
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
Relevant Experience: Two to three years of successful sales leadership experience, preferably in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
Flexible Schedule: This role requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Effective Leadership Skills:
Lead by example through personal integrity and unwavering commitment.
Build a goal‑focused culture centered around delivering an incredible guest experience.
Inspire others by actively listening, effectively communicating, providing coaching and mentoring, and fostering a culture of accountability.
