Develop and execute business plans with internal field resources to meet sales goals Build strong relationships with financial advisors, retirement consultants, and recordkeepers Provide retirement professionals with clarity on investment solutions and product offerings Address complex inquiries and resolve issues for internal and external stakeholders Manage a sales pipeline and document all interactions in our CRM What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, sales, or marketing (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of sales experience in the DCIO or retirement marketplace Extensive knowledge of the defined contribution industry, including plan design and regulatory matters Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills FINRA Series 7 and/or 63 required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
