Express Pawn in Grand Island is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves retail sales, customer service, and handling pawn and buy transactions. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies Process sales, payments, and pawn transactions accurately Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and secure showroom Verify customer identification and complete required documentation Follow all company policies and state regulations Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Sales or retail experience preferred (but not required) Basic math and computer skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus Ability to pass a background check if required What We Offer
