We are looking for a product owner to reinforce the product owner chapter within the Marketing & Communication department. We are looking for a profile that can help support the transformation towards a more agile and effective Marketing & Communication department. You’ll work with a squad and stakeholders to determine the right priorities and translate the Marcom strategy into actions and projects that should help us achieve this strategy and business objectives. The Agile Product Owner is in charge of expressing and prioritizing the needs of the product using a Product Backlog and has to ensure the structure and consistency of each Sprint. You capture the marketing and communication needs of the stakeholders and translate the annual MarCom plan into a squad backlog (in close collaboration with cluster lead and marcom strategist). You prioritize backlog items based on customer needs, strategic and commercial objectives of the bank/segments, and other relevant factors. You can make the necessary considerations in the event of conflicting interests, limited resources or tight deadlines. You make sure that the objectives are completely clear/stable before the Squad starts a MarCom initiative. You monitor the backlog and progress, speed and performance of the team. You regularly make a business review/lookback regarding the achievements of the squad to learn from them and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements
