Position Overview Launchpad Strategies is seeking an

entry-level Digital Fundraising Strategist

to support our digital fundraising team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in Republican digital politics and fundraising. You will assist with copywriting, campaign execution, and reporting while learning best practices across email, SMS, and digital fundraising programs.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a

conservative political environment

and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with drafting fundraising copy for email and SMS campaigns

Support the execution of digital fundraising programs

Help coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables

Work with internal teams and outside vendors on fundraising pushes

Assist with performance tracking and client reporting

Monitor political news and trends relevant to client messaging

Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Interest in Republican politics and conservative causes

Willingness to learn new digital tools, platforms, and fundraising strategies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

Internship or entry-level experience in politics, marketing, or communications

Basic familiarity with digital fundraising, email, or SMS

Exposure to WinRed or similar platforms

Experience using Canva or basic graphic design tools
