Your Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Pipeline Acceleration

Operate Tier 1 events as a primary demand generation channel.

Own the strategy for maximizing face‑to‑face time.

Leverage AI‑driven insights and tools to enhance the prospect/customer experience.

Execute comprehensive internal roll‑outs for Sales and BDR teams.

Operational Excellence, Brand & Staffing

Operationally excellent at managing large B2B marketing events.

Act as the brand guardian on the show floor.

Oversee onsite staffing readiness and logistics.

Partner with Product Marketing and SEs to coordinate session content and demo setups.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Support

Act as a strategic resource for internal teams.

Source, negotiate, and manage external agencies and vendors.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

Define and track clear KPIs for every event.

Lead post‑mortem reviews within one week and +2 months of event completion.

Own the AMER event budget with precision.

Professional Expertise Required Professional & Technical Expertise

5+ years experience in B2B Event Marketing (SaaS preferred, Salesforce ecosystem an added bonus). Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end trade shows.

High ownership and urgency.

Technical Expertise

Marketing Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce (campaign management) and Marketing Automation platforms.

Lead Retrieval.

Expert proficiency in Slack.

Project Management tools.

Logistics Knowledge.
