What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems to physicians and staff
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and support sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day, and to drive approximately 25-50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments in a clinical or sales environment
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab, providing technical/clinical support
