Position Summary General Atlantic is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our Capital Solutions Team. The successful candidate will be exceptionally strong in time management, organization, multi-tasking, detail oriented and managing multiple senior stakeholders. You will be required to manage complex calendars and often utilize your critical thinking skills to make educated decisions. Additionally, you will communicate and collaborate with Executive Assistants across the firm to ensure all tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Deliver white-glove executive support, ensuring effective time management and focus for senior leaders
Proactively manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (air, ground, and accommodations), often anticipating needs before they arise
Collaborate with Executive Assistants across all departments to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide initiatives
Organize and reserve meeting spaces and expertly handle logistics for conferences and events
Prepare and submit expense reports, meticulously tracking receipts and documentation to streamline processes
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services environment; financial services experience preferred
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with online travel and expense platforms
Outstanding multitasking, organization, and critical thinking skills—able to juggle competing priorities with poise and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
High energy, strong communication abilities, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
