Marketing Coordinator – Fenton, MO
Central States Bus Sales is currently seeking a
Full-Time Marketing Coordinator
located at our
Fenton, MO
headquarters. This position will develop, implement, track and optimize marketing strategies, maintain and update the company website, create and manage promotional materials, and coordinate internal and external arrangements for sales conferences.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the digital marketing strategy to create an engaging and effective digital footprint of the company that drives traffic, generates leads, increases brand awareness and produces sales
Manage the social media strategy and presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content
Manage all social media engagement and work with the appropriate personnel to research, interpret, and respond to social media comments, compliments, and complaints
Develop, implement, track, manage and optimize our digital marketing materials and campaigns for newsletters, reports, social media, sales and other publications
Manage the creation and updates of all social content calendars and campaigns ensuring success
Responsible for the company website usability, design, content and maintenance including fixing broken links/images, adding new content, product updates, adding new features, editing navigation, logos/artwork, video/sound and buses available for sale in WordPress
Research and implement best practices for improving our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and utilization of emerging digital trends and technologies
Maintain and enhance asset library and SharePoint marketing files, including photos, projects and video libraries for content use and easy access for team members
Communication with internal teams, manufacturers, external vendors and collaborative partners
Assist internal departments by developing sales and marketing materials such as flyers, bid sheets, and presentations.
Select and purchase all promotional items and holiday customer gifts and oversee company apparel website and orders
Maintain sales conference calendar and keep membership affiliations updated. Complete registrations for all conferences attending, arrange payment and necessary travel arrangements
Organize and support sales meetings, events and other special company events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience
Minimum one year experience in marketing or related field
Ability to work independently while keeping manager informed
Extremely detail oriented
Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Responsive, flexible, and adaptable to changing requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in use of Microsoft 365 office software
Experienced in use and management of CRM software
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP software preferred
Knowledge of WordPress website software preferred
