Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Dave & Buster’s India. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. The Sales and Marketing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, and build customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include managing marketing activities, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, leading sales initiatives, collaborating with team members, and ensuring effective communication of the brand’s messaging across all channels. The role will also require monitoring customer feedback and constantly refining strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Account Management
Expertise in Marketing Strategies, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management
Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Public Relations
Ability to analyze market trends and drive data-informed decisions
Experience in event planning and promotional activities is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
