We are seeking a qualified candidate for a copywriter position in our real estate marketing department. This individual will create compelling content for a broad range of marketing collateral across many channels and platforms e.g., email marketing, print and digital ads, direct mail, and more. The copywriter can write and edit results‑driven content while maintaining a consistent voice in their work and ensure that all copy adheres to brand messaging and style guidelines, error‑free.
As a hybrid team member, the copywriter manages their schedule and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This person can remain adaptable and independent, without someone constantly looking over their shoulder. They are also proactive problem solvers and self‑motivated.
You must be able to reasonably commute to our Naples home office. Relocation assistance is not provided. This position will be in‑office during orientation and training and will be able to transition to a hybrid 3/2 schedule. There is a longer term possibility for fully‑remote work within our market area.
SUMMARY Responsible for brainstorming, creating and transforming ideas into words for custom requests, advertisements, press releases and various marketing collateral material. Being successful in this role requires working collaboratively in cross‑disciplinary teams and responding to feedback from multiple team members alongside designers, marketing managers and company leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong copy editing and proofing skills with accurate attention to small details in both copy documents and designs
Content writing for digital and print deliverables announcing new properties, new associates, significant sales, etc.
Organize and track all assigned tasks and related timelines for small projects
Assist and collaborate with other copy team members projects to meet deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or marketing.
Writing samples or portfolio link
3+ years working in a copywriter capacity (preferably with some agency, publishing, media or broadcasting.
Real estate writing experience.
A passion for creating responsive, original and interesting content.
A solid command of all aspects of writing (structure, spelling, grammar, etc.), especially the ability to adapt your writing style according to our brand guidelines
Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience working in an editorial driven environment, preferably in agency, publishing, media or broadcasting.
Positive team player who knows how to incorporate feedback and quickly come up with more, creative copy solutions based on the ask.
An understanding of how copy works visually in the context of print and digital collateral.
Highly proficient in AP style writing and editing.
Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
