What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Supervise the lifecycle of digital products, defining product vision and growth opportunities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver user‑centric capabilities

Lead product lifecycle from conceptualization through release, including feature prioritization and UAT/testing

Identify and implement improvements in product development processes

Translate business strategies into clear features for delivery

What is Required (Qualifications)

Doctorate degree OR

Master's degree and 2 years of Digital Product experience OR

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Digital Product experience OR

Associate's degree and 8 years of Digital Product experience OR

High school diploma/GED and 10 years of Digital Product experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Demonstrated ability in product development or product management for digital or web products

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Strategic and analytical problem solver with data interpretation skillsFamiliarity with SAFe Agile, Scrum, and agile tools (e.g., Jira/Jira Align)

Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
