New York City, NY We are seeking a motivated and client-focused
Client Relationship Manager
to support and grow relationships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role is highly relationship-driven and sits at the intersection of client service, onboarding, and internal coordination within the financial services and FinTech space. This opportunity is open to
early-career professionals and recent graduates
with relevant internship experience, as well as candidates with prior full-time experience. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals Manage the client lifecycle, including outreach, needs assessment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, product, technology, and business development to support client needs Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships Maintain a working knowledge of broker-dealer operations, capital markets, and FinTech platforms Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required (spoken and written) Open to
new graduates with relevant internships
or
1–5 years of experience
in financial services, broker-dealer, or FinTech environments Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Licensing
Series 7, Series 63, and SIE required Candidates without active licenses must obtain them
within 90 days of employment
