We are looking for a skilled, customer‑centric individual to join our team as a Property Field Adjuster. The role involves managing property damage claims and conducting inspections throughout the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The ideal candidate excels in decision making, works well under pressure, and balances multiple tasks with excellent customer service and time‑management skills.
Responsibilities
Handle property field claims from first notice of loss to conclusion, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis, estimation development, and subrogation/salvage assessment.
Provide guidance and support to policyholders throughout the claims process with prompt communication and attention to detail.
Conduct field‑based inspections to determine the extent of loss and prepare detailed estimates and documentation to support insurance claims.
Establish relationships with producing agencies.
Participate in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty may be throughout the United States and can last up to four weeks.
Qualifications
Previous property claims experience.
Ability to scope, diagram, and estimate property damages.
Mobile home and dwelling construction knowledge preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/industry experience.
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license (required).
Physical inspection ability: climb roofs, crawl spaces.
Ability to lift, carry, set up, ascend, and descend ladders in excess of 40 pounds.
Proficiency in Symbility, Xactimate, or similar estimating platforms.
Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Industry training, coursework, or certifications preferred (INS, AIC, SCLA, or other recognized designations).

Candidate must be located near or in Las Vegas, NV.
