We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Negotiate and close sales deals
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
