Job Overview As a Principal Account Executive, you will report to a Sales Manager and use your 10+ years experience selling digital advertising solutions to Automotive clients and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale revenue. With your broad and long‑standing client‑side and agency relationships within the OEM and Tier 2 Automotive advertising space, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape—including Streaming TV, Live Sports, and Programmatic—you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. This role requires five days working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as needed. The position will remain posted until filled.

Key Responsibilities

Use your 10+ years of experience selling digital advertising solutions to Automotive clients and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale revenue.

Leverage broad and long‑standing client‑side and agency relationships within the OEM and Tier 2 Automotive advertising space to act as a strategic partner and sell a broad range of advertising solutions.

Apply a consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including Streaming TV, Live Sports, and Programmatic.

Support from operations team and work alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Comply with five days working from the assigned office a week and travel as needed.

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B sales across Fortune 500 advertisers and agencies.

Experience building senior customer relationships.

Experience in the Automotive media/marketing industry (closing sales and generating revenue).

Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $121,700 to $201,200 annually, depending on geographic market. The location‑specific range for this position is $160,900 to $217,600 USD annually. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and sales incentives may be provided. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
