Our client is a well-established

Refrigeration and HVAC service organization.

This role covers the

North Austin / Austin territory

and focuses on selling service solutions and preventative maintenance agreements to refrigeration customers. Outside sales experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the HVAC and Refrigeration service market

Sell preventative, multi-year maintenance agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions

Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized service solutions

Negotiate pricing and service agreements

Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

Competitive and flexible base salary for the right candidate

Guaranteed commission in year one, with upside if exceeded
