Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in McAllen, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, coordinating care plans, and ensuring timely communication with patients and families. The role involves identifying opportunities for growth, educating referral sources about hospice services, and achieving business development goals to support the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including effective communication and collaboration.
Sales, business development, and client management experience in healthcare or a related field.
Knowledge of hospice care services and the ability to educate others on their benefits and processes.
Proficiency in time management, organization, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently while achieving individual and team goals.
Experience with CRM tools or similar software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally as needed.
