About Novus Debt Resolutions
Novus Debt Resolutions is a rapidly growing financial services company that helps clients regain control of their finances through proven and ethical programs. We’re expanding our sales team in Lewisville, Texas, and looking for motivated professionals who want to grow their income while making a real difference in people’s lives.
About the Role This is a professional inside sales position - not cold calling, not collections. You’ll receive warm, verified leads daily and guide clients through our financial relief process. We provide extensive paid training, proven scripts, and hands‑on mentorship to help you succeed quickly. Your success comes from listening, understanding needs, and matching clients with solutions that fit.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls from prequalified leads - no cold calling.
Make follow‑up outbound calls to move prospects through the sales process.
Understand client needs and present clear, ethical financial solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Work with leadership and mentors to improve performance and achieve goals.
