What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Omnipod system
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Utilize data insights to prioritize leads and enhance business impact
Communicate effectively with pharmacy representatives to ensure proper delivery of Omnipod devices
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient or provider issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience with a record of success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
