
We’re looking for a motivated individuals to join our team as an
Entry-Level Community Engagement Assistant . This hands‑on role provides experience in community outreach, nonprofit initiatives, public engagement, and grassroots marketing. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Represent nonprofit and community partners at local events and outreach activities
Engage with community members and share information about programs and initiatives
Answer questions and guide individuals to resources or volunteer opportunities
Track interactions and provide feedback to team leaders
Support outreach activities while following established processes and guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure professional and effective outreach
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Clear verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
Comfortable speaking with the public in person
Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions
Interest in community outreach, nonprofit work, or public engagement
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
