Seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to grow commercial HVAC replacement, retrofit, and project work across the Greater Boston market. This role is built for a proven seller to work as an individual contributor hunting all day out on the field, who understands how to open doors, build trust, and close complex opportunities.

The Role

Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management/development, office, education, retail, and more

Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions via end users.

Work directly with operations and leadership to scope opportunities and win work

Own your pipeline from prospecting through close

Operate with autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority

Effectively hand project details off to project management team for execution

The successful candidate is relationship driven, market-facing and has a proven track record of working with customers to find solutions to their HVAC needs.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial preventative HVAC or mechanical services sales experience (not equipment sales or residential)

Hunter mentality, individual contributor (Not looking for people to manage or lead a team.)

Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market

Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work

Comfortable working independently

CRM discipline and working knowledge of Salesforce
