Our law firm client seeks a detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced plaintiff litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement/trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle case intake, client communication, and file management
Draft and prepare legal documents (demands, pleadings, discovery, correspondence)
Order and review medical records/bills and summarize treatment
Coordinate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
Track deadlines, liens, and case status
Assist with trial preparation and settlement packages
Qualifications:
5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff preferred)
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in case management software and MS Office
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$70,000 – $100,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
