The

Brand Communication & Media Lead

is a pivotal member of our global marketing organization, responsible for bringing our brand strategy to life across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints. This role ensures flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns, transforming complex scientific insights into clear, impactful, and engaging communications for customers, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders.

You will spearhead our shift toward a digitally enabled, customer‑centric marketing model-elevating how we show up at fairs, in media, and across digital platforms. Through strong leadership in brand storytelling, media planning, digital transformation, and content excellence, you will help strengthen our visibility, credibility, and business growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Brand Development & Execution

Ensure seamless execution of global marketing campaigns across fairs, webinars, trade media, and digital platforms.

Contribute to B2B and B2B2C brand strategy, including tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience.

Provide strategic guidance to regional marketing teams to ensure local execution aligns with global direction.

Track campaign performance, manage the global communications budget, share best practices, and optimize for maximum impact.

Communication & Storytelling

Translate complex scientific information into compelling, credible content for diverse audiences.

Oversee the development of marketing assets such as brochures, infographics, presentations, videos, and digital content.

Manage internal and external communications for the company, in alignment with Corporate Communications.

Shape strong narratives that communicate the company's purpose‑driven mission.

Experience with corporate reputation management is a plus.

Digital Transformation

Champion a digital‑first approach that expands reach beyond traditional events.

Build and evolve capabilities in webinars, CRM, content automation, social engagement, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Equip teams with the tools and know‑how to deliver digital marketing excellence.

Drive a future‑proof media strategy rooted in digital innovation.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Collaborate with category leads and brand managers to create integrated global and regional communication strategies.

Balance fairs, media partnerships, KOL activation, and digital campaigns to maximize visibility.

Provide campaign performance insights to Sales and Category Leads.

Enhance the company's leadership position with communications that blend scientific credibility and commercial storytelling.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Extensive hands‑on experience with MarCom tools and digital marketing platforms.

Proven track record in managing brand and communication projects.

Strong project management skills.

Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
