The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Loyalty Strategy Lead, you will be part of the larger Loyalty Strategy and Growth team. You’ll lead high-impact strategy development and execution across loyalty pillars, benefits, or experiences, always balancing guest relevance with financial performance and operational feasibility.
The

team leads strategy for Target Circle, assesses future growth territories, manages business performance outcomes, designs new benefits and partnerships, and brings new members into the program to drive program growth. This team plays a critical role in bringing the Circle vision to life both short- and long-term. As a
Loyalty Strategy Lead
– Pillar Management , you will:
Lead annual prioritization for Base Circle and Circle Card , driving alignment to clear OKRs
Build and align strategies that impact pillar performance and guest experiences, leading with the guest and accounting for financial and operational considerations.
Set goals that continually raise the bar for Target’s loyalty and financial success.
Evaluate recent business trends, identifying root causes and galvanizing partners to identify solutions.
Build strong, trusted relationships through regular collaboration with other Loyalty teams, Financial Products & Services, Analytics, Finance, Product, Insights, Marketing Strategy, and other teams.
Serve as a thought leader across the organization, influencing decision-makers through storytelling, data, and insights.
Manage business performance routines and bring deep business expertise to partner forums , including key forums with Financial Products & Services and our bank partner.
About You
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of previous Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, or business experience
Strong financial acumen for both retail and cost accounting metrics
Ability to influence others through the use of data and insights
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationships
Strategic orientation and comfortable with ambiguity
A master collaborator who inspires trust and confidence with a range of partners
Management of financial performance
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-Starter, ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative
Strong planning and organizational skills
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
