Senior Integrated Construction Manager
Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Integrated Construction Manager that will be responsible for providing input and leadership to the integrated construction and virtual design and construction process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide input to project programming and conceptual design activities
Coordinate design team members and preconstruction services (estimating, scheduling, project planning, constructability, site utilization)
Manage integrated delivery team resources
Oversee preparation of models for design, construction, and facilities management
Oversee production and management of 3D models and implement them during construction
Establish scope of work for projects
Establish schedule and deliverables for integrated delivery services
Oversee construction coordination
Communicate 4D and 5D generated information to project team
Participate in research and development of new technologies
Lead and act as a subject matter expert for internal training
Attend, participate, and present at conferences
Assist with evaluation of team members and potential team members
Provide support to the Business Development team
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and manage performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Computer-Aided Design
Minimum 10 years of progressively challenging commercial construction management experience or equivalent
Licensure in professional field preferred
Animation experience is a plus
Experienced in facilitating meetings and training events
Knowledge of construction costs and financial risks
Experience managing teams, people, and processes
Current driver's license
Basic understanding of A/E business and client's business interest
High competency with advanced software (2D and 3D AutoCAD minimum)
Proficiency with Autodesk Architectural Desktop (ADT), Autodesk Building Systems (ABS), Autodesk Revit, or Graphisoft Constructor preferred
Experience with Navisworks, Primavera, and 3DS Max or Viz
High competency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field, Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Familiarity with game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal, Lumion 3D), Parametric Analysis solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri), basic key frame animation, 2D/3D rendering, 2D/3D post production
Knowledge of construction and A/E contract language
Active listening and effective communication skills, open to diverse input and feedback

The base pay range for this role is $123,200 - $184,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
