Key Job Responsibilities
As our Recruitment Specialist, you are the first point of contact for prospective students on the Melbourne campus. Reporting to the Director Enrollment Services, you will: Walk students through the admissions maze—from their first inquiry to registration and testing. Help lead high-impact events like New Student Orientation and campus visits. Support student engagement activities and promote scholarship opportunities to make college affordable. Become an expert on financial aid, program requirements, and college resources to provide top-tier advice. On occasion, represent Ozarka at high schools, workshops, and community events. If there’s a crowd, you’re there sharing the Ozarka story. Who You Are/Minimum Qualifications Expected
An Associate degree is required (Bachelor’s preferred). Bonus points if your degree is in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business. A background in Higher Ed, Admissions, or Communications is a huge plus. You’re an energetic self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a team. You’re organized, tech-savvy, and a natural communicator. You have a genuine commitment to the "two-year college philosophy" and helping our community grow. The Logistics
