The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking an experienced and motivated

Assistant LMRT Program Director

to support the academic, instructional, and operational success of the Limited Medical Radiologic Technology (LMRT) program. This role works closely with the Program Director and Director of Education to ensure high-quality instructional delivery, faculty support, and student success in a blended learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Orient, train, and support instructional staff for blended (online and face-to-face) courses

Implement and maintain curriculum as directed by the Program Director

Provide day-to-day oversight of instructional delivery and curriculum compliance

Oversee and evaluate instructional staff in both face-to-face and online settings

Review lesson plans and ensure all course objectives are met

Monitor student attendance, grades, and intervention efforts

Provide academic advising and elevate complex student issues as needed

Collect, analyze, and report student and faculty performance data

Assist with class scheduling, advisory board preparation, and in-service training

Support accreditation documentation and ensure compliance with TWC, federal, and accrediting standards

Assist in faculty recruitment, credentialing, development, and selection

Conduct blended student orientations and interview prospective students as needed

Review completion, placement, and licensure pass rates with campus leadership

Collaborate with externship coordination to oversee site development and student progress

Assist registrar with maintaining student and employee records

Cover classes as needed and support overall program operations

Qualifications

Current

LMRT or Radiologic Technologist license

(required)

Minimum of

3 years

of practical work experience, teaching experience, or a combination in Radiology

Bachelor’s degree

preferred

Strong knowledge of academic policies, compliance, and blended learning delivery

Computer Skills

Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry
