A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to shape its global compensation philosophy and programs. Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation programs Support and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotions Manage the equity program and conduct pay equity reviews to ensure fairness and compliance Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HRIS / Compensation tools is a plus Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges Ability to manage large data sets accurately and provide compensation guidance to stakeholders
