Our team is looking for a sharp Analyst who will support the Strategy and Data Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the finance space.
Responsibilities
Assist with strategic planning
Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability
Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities
Assist with preparing high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
Produce insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team
Build business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators, to monitor progress on strategic goals
Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets
Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency
Contribute to several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
BA/BS in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting/finance preferred
Financial Services experience and interest in financial markets and investing
Demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills
Proven self-starter that can work with urgency in a dynamic environment
Intellectually curious
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
Detail-oriented
Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards and data visualizations is a plus
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $90,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
