Responsibilities
Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile).
Has worked on Mobile Device Management.
Research customer technical issues and pursue resolution.
Good understanding of Mobility Software-MDM, MAM, and UEM.
Prior experience with the mobility domain will be given preference.
From time to time, deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners.
Attend meetings with partners and customers for tech discussions.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales,tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software will be given preference.
Great communication skills, being able to speak to both technical and business counterparts on the client side, and explaining technology and solutions architecture.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Love to learn and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction.
Willingness to travel for tech discussions.
