Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager (B2B)

to drive the expansion of

Tangem cold wallets

through strategic partnerships and alternative distribution channels. This role will focus on building B2B sales channels such as

vending machines, corporate merchandise programs, and employee benefit offerings , as well as identifying new opportunities to scale distribution globally.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in

B2B partnerships and physical product sales , a hands‑on sales mindset, and the ability to independently own the full business development cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and partner activation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

B2B sales of Tangem cold wallets

by building and nurturing relationships with partners such as:

Vending machine operators

Companies offering Tangem as branded merchandise

Corporations providing Tangem wallets to employees (collaboration with HR and procurement teams)

Own and manage the

entire business development cycle , including prospecting, outreach, video calls, negotiations, and closing deals.

Meet and exceed

quarterly sales targets

through proactive outreach, pipeline management, and long‑term partner relationships.

Develop and execute

sales strategies

tailored to different B2B segments and distribution models.

Collaborate with internal teams on

co‑branded and partner‑led marketing initiatives

to increase wallet adoption and sales.

Conduct continuous

market and partner research

to identify new sales channels, resellers, and strategic opportunities.

Expand and manage the

reseller and partner network , ensuring partners are enabled to sell effectively.

Track, analyze, and report on

sales performance, pipeline health, and partner outcomes , maintaining a data‑driven approach to growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in

B2B sales or business development , preferably involving

physical products or hardware .

Demonstrated ability to

build and scale partnerships

from scratch.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in

email outreach, video meetings, and contract discussions .

English proficiency at

C1/C2 level

(written and spoken).

Self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment .

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partners and sales opportunities simultaneously.
