to join our Talent Acquisition team

and play a key role in attracting top-tier talent in Information Technology and Information Security. This full-time, in-office position offers direct exposure to technology and business leaders, fostering strong collaboration and impact. Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various levels of positions across the organization Use sourcing tools to find candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter Collaborate with other recruiters and managers to understand the needs of the team Track pipeline and activity for each posting on sourcing platforms and internal ATS Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing Information Technology and Information Security recruiting experience Comfortable supporting Director, VP, and executive-level searches Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Strategic mindset—you know how to go beyond job boards and think like a headhunter
