
To kick off the new year we have an exciting opportunity for a 360 Sales/Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SThree in Chicago. This is a chance to work with some of the top STEM clients!
Responsibilities
Managing the candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
Driving business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships
Identifying the best candidates for niche job opportunities
Managing the candidate’s experience
Closing candidates on job offers
Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors
Requirements
A minimum of 6 months of sales experience
Customer service oriented
Motivated by success and career growth
Highly competitive
Coachable and willing to implement feedback
Adept at building strong relationships
