Employee‑Owner, IT Sales Consultant

to join our growing sales team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The

IT Sales Consultant

will be responsible for lead generation, utilizing various channels including cold‑calling and email campaigns to generate, qualify, and track leads. The primary focus will be to secure first‑time appointments with prospects, articulating the value proposition of our Managed IT Services, and generating new business for MSI.

What you will do:

Identify, target, and qualify potential Managed IT Services customers through research, cold‑calling, networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business leads and opportunities.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage and qualify leads and secure discovery meetings with our team of SMEs.

Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation and qualification, prospecting activities, and opportunity qualification.

Plan and implement new business strategies.

Create value through technology.

Provide technical business solutions.

Create strategic proposals and deliver presentations to C‑level executives and senior management.

Utilize CRM tools and sales methodologies to effectively manage sales cycles and meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and Managed IT Services teams to develop strategies and generate demand for Managed IT Services.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Managed IT Services space.

Qualifications:

4+ years of recent outbound business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience preferred.

2+ years experience in selling technical solutions

People oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Proven success in a competitive environment.

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver’s License

Minimum HS diploma, GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to establish rapport & develop long‑lasting business relationships.
