Our client is looking for an Asset Management Analyst. This position is onsite located in Dallas, TX.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities
Support asset management activities for a portfolio of value-add multifamily properties.
Analyze property-level financial performance, including operating statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plan execution across the portfolio.
Review rent rolls, capital expenditure plans, and operating metrics to identify trends and risks.
Prepare internal reporting packages and presentation materials for senior management and investors.
Coordinate with property management, leasing, and construction teams to support operational and value-add initiatives.
Assist with lender and investor reporting requirements.
Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and provide team coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred).
1–3+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, investment analysis, or a related role.
Exposure to or strong interest in value-add multifamily real estate.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas five days per week.
