We are in need of a
Corporate Recruiter
to ensure that we have the best people possible in place to ensure that all processes run smoothly for our customers.
The
High Volume
Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of positions across multiple departments. This role demands a proactive and efficient recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and can handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
Screening:
Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage a high volume of candidate interactions with efficiency and professionalism.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment. Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational Ability:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
Tech‑Savvy:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Familiarity with social media and online job boards.
Proven Success
working in a close-knit, collaborative team setting.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Paycor ATS system is a plus but not required
Public speaking ability for group meetings and management
Ability to confront and resolve business challenges and recruiting issues
