Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst (Contract)

We’re seeking a
hands-on Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst
to stabilize and optimize a recently implemented
Epicor Kinetic Cloud
environment. This contract role is focused on
immediate operational issues , system cleanup, and improving Epicor adoption across manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment. This role is for someone who can jump in quickly, diagnose problems, and make Epicor work the way the business actually runs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and stabilize Epicor Kinetic Cloud workflows post–go-live
Address immediate issues in
Inventory, Job Management, Production, Costing, and Shipping
Improve fulfillment and warehouse processes (Epicor Kinetic Warehouse)
Identify gaps, reduce workarounds, and improve system adoption
Partner with operations to align Epicor with manufacturing processes. Coordinate with IT and external Epicor support as needed.
Train users on Epicor best practices and correct usage.
Requirements
3+ years of Epicor ERP experience (Kinetic preferred)
Strong manufacturing and inventory process knowledge
Advanced experience with reporting
Bonus if you can build and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and custom forms.
