What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own monthly close activities for assigned Personal Lines cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights
Lead components of quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and multi-year outlooks for Personal Lines functions
Prepare executive‑ready reporting that highlights financial performance and expected value of key initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial impact of projects and investments
Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing planning tools and reporting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong foundation in operational expense management, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proven ability to build and interpret financial models that support business and investment decisions
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting Personal Lines insurance (Auto, Home, Specialty) or broader financial services
Exposure to portfolio management, benefit realization tracking, or large cross‑functional initiatives
Experience contributing to FP&A modernization or transformation initiatives
Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and desire to grow into a senior FP&A partner
Actively participates in company culture initiatives such as employee resource groups or volunteering
