About The Role As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a variety of property management and financial activities for client Flagship location to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do

Perform various duties for client account, department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.

Partner with field management staff, IFM team, Engineering, client accounting services, Security and C&J staff.

Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.

Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.

Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.

Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.

Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Impact the quality of own work.

Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

Assist to Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

What You’ll Need

Strong financial acumen.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $105,000 annually [or $50.48 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Assistant Facilities Manager position is $116,000 annually [or $55.77 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
