Base salary up to
$110,000 , plus bonus and commission incentives
Overview A well-established, growth-oriented wealth management firm is seeking a Financial Advisor to support a defined group of client relationships while partnering closely with senior advisors. This role offers meaningful exposure to financial planning, investment management, and client relationship development within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
Support senior advisors across all aspects of relationship management, financial planning, and investment strategy for a dedicated group of client families
Assist with business development initiatives and ongoing client relationship growth
Develop a deep understanding of client portfolios, asset allocation, and risk management strategies
Coordinate with internal account management and operations teams to ensure a high level of client service
Handle client-related administrative functions, including onboarding, account opening, fund movements, scheduling, and CRM updates
Prepare materials for client meetings and ongoing portfolio reviews
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management
Experience with financial planning and portfolio management technology such as eMoney, Orion, and Redtail preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment
