Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliableBilingual preferred Front Counter Customer Support Representative for our Phoenix location to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills inboth English and Spanish, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers at the front counter in a professional and welcoming manner Assist customers inEnglish and Spanish(spoken and basic written) Answer questions, provide information, and resolve basic issues Process orders, payments, returns, or service requests Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service Required Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor Previous front counter or customer service experience Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Basic computer and cash-handling skills High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Preferred in Spanish Experience working with diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems What We Offer
