We’re seeking a Launch Consultant to join our team in supporting biopharma clients preparing for launch. You’ll participate in and contribute to all phases of launch engagements, helping turn high-level vision into executable strategy. You’ll analyze challenges, draft recommendations, support alignment across functions, and communicate a clear path forward.
We'll trust you to:
Collaborate with Senior Consultant(s) to understand client vision, strategic objectives, and launch requirements.
Conduct business analysis: identify readiness gaps, collect and synthesize data, and perform market/competitive/operational assessments.
Lead smaller workstreams: build draft recommendations, roadmaps, and deliverables for review and refinement by senior leadership.
Engage with executive-level stakeholders, asking incisive questions to clarify goals, risks, and of misalignment across client functions, proactively flag issues, and either (a) convene the right stakeholders to work through them or (b) raise to consulting/client leadership for resolution.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with client teams; act as a people-savvy connector across functions.
Translate vision into a clear path forward: define timelines, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.
Draft and deliver high-quality communications (presentations, reports, trackers) to internal and client-facing audiences.
You'll need to have:
3–5 years of experience in the biopharma or life sciences industry; previous work in launch readiness is highly preferred.
Strong business analysis skills — ability to break complex problems into manageable parts, use data, and derive insight.
Excellent stakeholder management; comfort engaging with executive-level clients and facilitating alignment.
People-savvy communicator able to identify and navigate interpersonal or cross-functional misalignment effectively.
Comfort with ambiguity; ability to quickly understand strategic vision and propose a structured path forward.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, compelling messages.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools a plus.
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones, consistent with Beghou’s value of embracing the stretch.
Who we're looking for:
You take ownership of outcomes and deliver work you’re proud of.
You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
You can read between the lines — spotting misalignment or tension before it becomes an issue.
You balance analysis with empathy, adapting your approach to fit the situation and people involved.
