Requirements:
Relevant culinary diploma (required)
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Experience with Norwegian or Scandinavian cuisine is a strong advantage
Valid Category B driving licence (required, as the role includes grocery shopping and supply runs)
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A love for nature and an enthusiastic attitude
