Own monthly close activities for assigned Personal Lines cost centers, including variance analysis and performance insights Lead components of quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans for Personal Lines functions Prepare executive‑ready reporting highlighting financial performance and expected value of key initiatives Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of Personal Lines projects and investments Contribute to FP&A transformation efforts by enhancing planning tools and reporting processes What is Required (Qualifications):

6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related role Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Strong foundation in operational expense management, forecasting, and variance analysis Proven ability to build and interpret financial models supporting business decisions Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
