Role Description This full-time role as a Mitigation Manager is based on-site at our Lexington, KY location. As a Mitigation Manager, you will oversee mitigation projects, including planning and coordinating restoration efforts for water, fire, and mold damage. Additional responsibilities include managing on-site teams, ensuring proper use of equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also work directly with clients to guide them through the restoration process and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restoration, disaster recovery, or mitigation projects
Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills
Knowledge of industry-standard equipment, techniques, and safety regulations
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency with basic computer software, writing estimates, project documentation and Xactimate
Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC, Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration) are a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
