At NOCO, you’ll act as a
commercial energy consultant
with a primary focus on
Environment and Industrial Services —helping customers stay compliant, reduce risk, manage waste streams, and operate more efficiently.
What You Will Be Selling You’ll represent
NOCO’s Industrial and Environmental Services , including:
Vac Truck Services
Transportation and Disposal Services
Environmental Field Services
Remediation Services
Emergency Response
Fluids and Hydraulic Products
This broad offering allows you to
sell strategically, cross-sell easily, and create long‑term customer value —not just one-off transactions.
What You'll Do Develop customized service solutions and proposals aligned with customer goals, regulatory standards, and operational demands.
Collaborate closely with Environmental Operations, Field Services, Transportation, and Safety teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing and execution of services.
Manage and grow a sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding revenue and margin goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, proposals, and customer activity within CRM systems.
Educate customers on energy-saving technologies, utility programs, and sustainability initiatives that align with NOCO's mission of reducing energy waste.
Represent NOCO at local and regional business events, trade shows, and professional associations, demonstrating our leadership in energy efficiency and customer care.

What You Will Need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, energy experience is plus, but NOT required.
Proven success building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering consultative solutions that drive measurable savings and operational efficiency.
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze customer usage data, evaluate savings opportunities, and present clear, data‑driven recommendations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision‑makers at all levels of an organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
Self‑motivated and results‑driven, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
Willingness to travel regionally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support customer relationships.
