Great Lakes Skilled Trades (GLST) is the fastest-growing skilled trades staffing firm in the region, and we’re expanding to Sterling Heights, MI! We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in this new territory.

If you thrive on building relationships, winning new business, and working directly with contractors and construction leaders, this is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of your territory and make a real difference.

What you’ll do:

Develop new client partnerships with contractors and construction companies

Manage and grow existing accounts

Match skilled trades professionals with customer workforce needs

Drive revenue through consultative, solution-based sales

Be the face of GLST in your local market
