What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Learn the hotel brand and strategy to effectively drive customer loyalty
Identify and solicit new accounts through various outreach methods including telemarketing and in-person interactions
Negotiate contracts and secure business for the hotel while meeting revenue goals
Conduct hotel tours and entertain potential clients in line with company policies
Complete necessary documentation and reports related to sales activities and business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a High School education; post-high school education preferred
At least two (2) years of experience in a hotel service role or sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing personality with a professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a proactive sales role with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
Familiarity with revenue management strategies
Excellent time management skills and a fast-paced work ethic
